RC Culture Project: Environmental and human development at Nisse Cartonnage
This month, the Group launches its new participative culture project at Nisse Cartonnage, a production plant in Ville de Noisy-le-Grand.
What's the aim?
To raise employee awareness of environmental protection and biodiversity.
Promote a healthy lifestyle by encouraging the consumption of fruit and vegetables
Strengthen ties between employees of our different entities by creating eco-responsible team buildings.
Encourage the integration of disabled people. The project is orchestrated by ESAT AGECET, trainers and support staff for inclusive career paths.
We are proud of this initiative, which illustrates our vision of a responsible company, rooted in its environment and keen to make a positive contribution to our planet.
Being able to take care of plants, soil and vegetables can be a very soothing activity, taking your mind off things and reducing stress while enhancing the working environment.
